No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Do you provide arrival windows before services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Does Classic City Scoopers clean the entire yard?
Classic City Scoopers will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Does Classic City Scoopers take cash?
No, we only process payment through the client portal. You can update your payment information at anytime by logging into the portal or calling our office.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific pickup days at this time. This is something we plan to offer in the future.
How do you dispose of pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
